Manley and Associates, the Global Foodservice Institute provides professional certification testing for food safety, HACCP, management, culinary, customer service, beverage management, nutrition and serving alcohol responsibly.  AND NOW all tests are available online.  AND NOW there is FREE training on the web.

The New England College of Business and Finance (NECB) promotes our certifications as students take the college courses.  NECB credits are fully accredited and transferable.  NECB hosts our testing portal.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas' (UNLV) Executive Education program features our certifications in their workforce development classes under the Hospitality Research & Development Center, with classes in Las Vegas.

The GFI is housed at the State University of New York, at Morrisville.
